How do I receive payments from Poland?
Once the goods are sold and the invoiced amount is accumulated in the Polish account, the payment is transferred to your foreign currency account
What additional fees are charged during export?
When exporting goods to Poland, customs duties are generally not charged. However, in the destination country — Poland — customs payments and taxes may apply depending on the type and value of the goods, which needs to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Will the goods be insured?
This service can be additionally arranged to cover force majeure events.
What if I want to return the item?
This can be done within 180 days of export under the re-export procedure, without paying customs duties.
